Start up Microsoft FrontPage and open the site from which you want to upload files. Your screen should look something like this (The screen shots are from FrontPage 98. You may have a different version.):

Enter biosphere.8m.com as the location and click

You should now be at the Web Publishing Wizard screen

Enter the following information:

For FTP Server name, enter biosphere.8m.com
For Directory Path, enter a forward slash: /
http://biosphere.8m.com/fs_img/help/fpnext.gif
to save the FTP options and continue

You should now be at the second page of the Web Publishing Wizard

Enter the following information:

For User Name, enter biosphere.8m.com
For Password, enter your FreeServers password
Click and your files should start uploading to your Web site.
