I need internet explorer

I need Microsoft internet explorer to support Arabic Language for windows NT 4.0 Arabic edition.The problem i am facing is once i am browsing Arabic sites some of the letters is showing backwords.

Please help to solve this problem.

1.go to view
2.Select Encoding
3.Select Arabic windows

Becuse all the browser are supporting arab languge but you must to show the browser the way to work
