network printer

Hello guys,
can someone please help me out,
i have network printer attached to windows 2003, this printer is shared to my home network,
everytime i try to print something using this printer HP Laser Jet 4350 i get this error below
i tried everything, reinstall the drivers, fresh installation but it still giving the same error,
note: the printer is working fine for other computer runing the same OS

السلام عليكم

تأكد من ان الـip تبع الطابعة لم يتغير ..وانها مازالت متصلة بالشبكة

وذلك عن طريق امر ping ثم رقم الـip تبع الشبكة ثم انتر من شاشة الدوس
للدخولل لشاشة الدوس ..
1- ابدأ start
2- ثم تشغيل Run
3- ثم اكتب في المستطيل cmd ثم موافق ok
4- بتظهر لك شاشة الدوسالسوداء اكتب فيها الآتي ...

ping ثم اضغط زر مسافة ثم اكتب الآي بي xxx.xxx.xx.xx ثم انتر


اذا طلع لك اسطر فيها Replay فمعناه متصلة
اذا طلع Time Out فمعناه لايوجد اتصال

حيث xxx.xxx.xx.xx هو رقم الآي بي ip تبع الطابعة


او اعد التعريف
